🧩 The Problem

The Gothenburg Fringe Festival spans multiple days, venues, and performances — but attendees struggled to plan their experience, often missing shows they wanted to see. Organizers also faced challenges around scheduling conflicts, show visibility, and streamlining ticketing.

💡 The Idea

The Idea Design a mobile app that helps users easily plan their festival days, track performances they care about, and stay informed in real time — while giving performers and organizers more exposure and better scheduling tools.

🎯 Goals

For users: Create a personalised daily schedule, favourite shows, get nearby alerts, and manage payments easily.

For the festival: Avoid schedule clashes, build audience engagement, and connect with the ticketing platform (Eventotron).

👩‍💻 Process

Developed as a personal project in 2022 during consultancy work. Initial concept and designs were shared with Gothenburg Fringe Festival organizers, incorporating their feedback through iterative design. The final design presented here is informed by benchmarking, user flows, and survey insights.
